Dear Friend, Tomorrow, President Barack Obama will deliver the final State of the Union address of his presidency at 9 pm Eastern. This annual speech provides an opportunity for the President to address both chambers of Congress, as well as the millions of Americans who tune in on radio, TV and online, to outline his key policy proposals for 2016. Like the recent presidential debates, the State of the Union typically draws millions of viewers. But, for even the most passionate policy wonk, distilling the speech can be difficult. That’s why we’ve put together five quick tips to get the most out of the President’s speech.
